Shockwave Seats, a Canadian manufacturer of marine suspension seating with a global presence, partnered with M1 Agency to build their brand and drive sales growth across both professional and recreational marine markets. Our work included brand strategy, website design and development, video production, and full-service marketing campaigns supporting multiple product lines and international expansion.
The Challenge
Shockwave had established strong credibility in professional marine sectors but lacked a unified marketing platform to support global growth and expansion into recreational markets. They needed clearer brand positioning, stronger storytelling around their technology, and a comprehensive set of marketing tools to support multiple product lines and international sales.








OUR APPROACH
M1 developed a full brand and marketing framework to support Shockwave’s growth across both professional and recreational sectors. This included refining brand messaging, designing and developing a new website, producing extensive video and creative assets, and building integrated campaigns. Within this platform, we also led the global launch strategy for the S5 suspension module.
Partnership
Working closely with Shockwave’s leadership and product teams, our partnership extended across strategy, creative production, digital marketing, and campaign execution. We produced a large library of brand films, product demonstrations, testimonials, and marketing materials used across advertising, trade shows, sales presentations, and digital channels, creating a scalable foundation for long-term growth.
Results
Our integrated marketing platform strengthened Shockwave’s brand globally, launching the S5 suspension module in Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle Easy, while growing the professional business.
